Maha Healing utilizes the Natural & Divine inner energy.  Learn to recognize the healing power in your own hands and

about total rejuvenation. Maha Healing is not invasive; it is natural healing.

This 3-hour workshop was created to help achieve new levels of consciousness and transform one’s reality.

Acupressure workshop is designed to help embrace harmony in all aspects of life by learning basic and effective
techniques of Self Healing through the application of acupressure pressure-points, along with physical postures,
breathing practices, and contemplation.

The workshop begins with an exploration of the theory behind acupressure natural healing followed by easy-to-learn
exercises in the practice of acupressure.  The techniques of correct posture, breath, and concentration are
integrated to achieve the most profound and effective results of the self-healing acupressure points.  This leads to
an integrated and holistic approach to acupressure self-healing.

The acupressure exercises will have a therapeutic effect on general health.  They are designed to alleviate
headaches, neck & back pain, stress, anxieties; and to strengthen and reveal your own inner beauty and energy.

Students are encouraged to accomplish a deep relaxation response with a 5-minute daily practice of self therapy.
The self healing exercises can transform the mental and spiritual strength of those who practice them in a
disciplined way.   

This 3-hour session is designed to be a stand-alone workshop as a follow-up to the Maha Healing Workshop; or it can
be included with the Maha Healing Workshop for a 6-hour (all day) session.
